General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Campus Appart and any person making a reservation with the establishment.

Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Reservations can be made:

• via the Campus Appart website
• by email
• by phone or WhatsApp
• via online booking platforms (OTA)

The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation.

Certain offers or specific rates may have particular conditions that will be indicated at the time of booking.

A valid credit card is required to guarantee any reservation.

Depending on the chosen offer or rate:

• payment may be required before arrival or at the time of stay
• a pre-authorization may be made on the credit card before arrival

The establishment reserves the right to verify the validity of the provided card.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:

• Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
• In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours before arrival), 100% of the reserved stay will be charged.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Any early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

For long-term stays (students, professionals on assignment), specific conditions are offered at booking: discounted rates, monthly payment terms, notice of departure.

These conditions are communicated in writing before signing.

Parking may be available depending on the property, subject to availability.

Campus Appart disclaims any responsibility in case of theft or damage to parked vehicles.

A city tax may be applied in accordance with local regulations.

This tax may be included in the price or charged separately depending on the booking channel.

All our apartments and indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking.

In case of non-compliance, a flat fee of CHF 250.– will be charged to cover cleaning and restoration costs.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, furniture, or equipment during their stay.

The establishment reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of repairs, replacement, or necessary cleaning.

Campus Appart disclaims any responsibility in case of loss, theft, or deterioration of personal belongings, unless otherwise provided by law.

Personal data collected during the booking is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation (LPD) and used solely for the management of bookings and the stay.

These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law.

In case of dispute, the jurisdiction is in Bulle (Switzerland).
